Ingredients:
2 (8oz) pkgs
1 (15oz) tub
1/4 cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
lemon juice
1/3 cup
panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
fresh ground pepper
6 oz
sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 pint
cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup
mozzarella cheese, grated
4
green onions, clided
1/2 cup
pitted black olives

Recipe Instructions:
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.
Cook ravioli according to package directions, drain. Transfer to a lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and lemon juice.
3.
In a small bowl mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese with salt & pepper.
4.
Sprinkle mix over ravioli.
5.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
6.
Sprinkle all toppings over toasted ravioli. Warm in oven.
7.
To serve: Dip in marinara sauce, guacamole, salsa, or any other game day favorite. Enjoy!
