Ingredients:

red bell pepper, diced 1/2"

large celery stalks, diced 1/2"

cherry tomatoes, halved

pimento stuffed green olives (sliced)
2 each
pepperoncini, stems/seeds removed, chopped
8 ounces
small cooked shrimp
1/4 cup
fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup
olive oil
2 tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 tsp
prepared horseradish
2 tsp
tabasco sauce
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
1.
Cook the Artisola Organic Cheese Tortellini per the package instructions, drain, rinse with cold water, then drain well.
2.
Mix in bell pepper, celery, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini, shrimp and parsley. Set aside.
3.
To Serve: In a bowl, combine the Artisola Heirloom Tomato Sauce with the remaining ingredients.
4.
Pour the sauce mixture over the tortellini mixture and stir to combine.
5.
Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
6.
Place the mixture on the serving platter.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
